It is getting warmer and time to make repairs to the storm damage from last year. Can anyone recomend a good place to purchase fiberglass repair products & hull paint? Also any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Fiberglass

The large hardware's like Lowes and Home Depot ought to be fine and a decent price for fiberglass and resin, also the discount auto part stores are OK. For paint I'd probably stick with West Marine or some other marine store for a good boat paint. Its expensive but linear polyurethane paint sure makes a nice finish as long as surface is prepared real smoothe. If you have a large area, consider using a small foam roller such as the hardwares sell for door polyurethanes, plus tipping with a good brush works very nice. RK
