Thailand/Kevane sails

What experience have people had with the discount sails available from Phuket? The recreational sails (4 oz. 5 panel) are USD 139.

I was also thinking about buying one but i thought they were out of RI.

They are cut by Rolly Tasker imported by Kevane. Rolly's stuff is top notch.
