Tell tales question

So I just got my brand spanking new radial sail for Orange Bowl as well as the Ronstan leech and regular tell tales. First off, does anyone know exactly how to use the Ronstan leech tales. And secondly would a set above the window, one set in the middle and one set at the top be good. Any input is welcome
 
I found this online a while back on positions of telltales.

Thanks, a actually saw this so I'll just try to adapt it to the radial. But anyone have any idea how the triangular patches go on to the leech?
 
Hardly anyone uses telltales on the leech. They can be useful if you have trouble telling when you are sailing by the lee (when the flow reverses from luff to leech -to- leech to luff, and reaching (confirm your vang tension setting) but for upwind (the more traditional use for leech telltales) they are not a good indicator of sail trim
