sunfish clone?

We just bought a sunfish clone. We dont know what the model / type it is.

The vin # in psb25266e090. Does anyone know what this might be?

According to the USCG Hull ID lookup

PSB = PEARSON YACHTS INC
25266 = Mfg Production #
e = Month Built e=May
0 = Year Built = 1990
90 = Model Year = 1990

Pearson owned Sunfish in 1990

Send in some clear pictures. Someone here can tell you what you have.

Also check over at Yahoo Sunfish Sailor. In the files is a "Clone" guide that may help you identify your SF. As Dan said, you may have a Pearson SF. Pearson owned and made Sunfish from 1988 to 1991 when Sunfish Laser bought him out. You may have a real Sunfish and not a clone. If that is true, you don't have to worry about replacement parts.
