Sunfish Builder In USA???

Is the Rhode Island Plant still building Sunfish?? Did LP move production to somewhere else? In the USA?? Elsewhere??
Anybody know anything??

As far as I know they are built in Portsmouth, RI.

The local dealer was headed up there to pick up an assortment of boats. I will ask him and let you know. Given the market for Sunfish is primarily the US (unlike Lasers, Sunfish are mostly a NA, South Am, Caribbean and Central American class), I'd be surprised if they moved everything somewhere else, unless it was China. I will see if he knew if they were making any Lasers here, or if they were all UK boats.

Opti's, 420's perhaps?
But no Lasers, I gather?
