Sunfish at a Caribbean resort?

I'm thinking about taking a vacation in the Caribbean this winter, and would like to find a resort that includes free Sunfish use. The resort does not have to be an all inclusive resort, however. I'm open to any type of resort.

We will be traveling during the first week of March, so I am assuming that Florida and/or the Bahamas would be a little cold. I have two younger boys, so a family friendly resort is important. I'm not looking for anything deluxe. Somewhere that's clean, has decent food, and is not too crowded - but offers decent value.

A Hobie Bravo or Hobie Wave would be okay as a backup option.

Has anyone had any luck finding such a place in the Caribbean? Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Is Aruba considered to be Caribbean? If so, the Occidental has Hobie Waves for free (it's all inclusive). They used to have 'fishes but the winds make the Hobie an easier sail.
Aruba is also a fabulous place to be.
