Summer storage in NJ

Question for New Jersey boaters - I sail (not as often as I'd like) at Spruce Run, where I store my Sunfish during the sailing months. It's affordable and very convenient - I store my boat on a dolly making it very easy to get it in the water and sailing. My question - is this unique in NJ? Are there other similar summer storage options elsewhere (other lakes, down the shore)? Meaning the boat can be easily dollied to the water, and is affordable - I haven't seen any other place like it.

I'm in the process of getting a sunfish and I am going to keep it at the Sandy Hook Bay Catamaran club in Atlantic Highlands for ~$500 a year.

i am also in NJ, Toms River, and we use dollys. its pretty common for optis, lasers, and sunfish.
although i have seen boats stored on racks and temporarily put on dollys for transportation to the water
