I recently got an old school laser ('79 model, no upgrades) and I've had a couple of outings in modest wind. It's a blast and I want more experience. I've got books, read as much as I could find on this forum and watched some Youtube for perspective.
Is anyone on here from the Seattle area who can get me started as the last guy in a race? I just want to get out and practice with other Lasers around, see what gear people are using, etc.
I'd also like to get a better place to store it. I live on a boat and it won't exactly be convenient this winter (I know, I know: poor me). Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
