Sails?

I recently purchased a capri omega 14 that came with two sets of sails. After laying out the sails and measuring them, I discovered that the newer set is not for my boat. They are larger than the original Omega sails. I believe that they are for a Catalina 14.2. They are in great shape, maybe having been used a couple of times. Really, they look like they are just dirty in a few small spots from being in their bags. They are very heavy sails as well. Much heavier than the factory sails. Does anyone have any idea what these would be worth?

Also, the boat came with new standing rigging that was uninstalled. How tights should my stays be when rigged?
