Nevermind about what to wear for sailing lessons, I've got a different question now.
Three months ago, I sustained a knee injury likely from Tae Kwon Do fighting. The thing is, it has been hurting on and off every now and then and I find it difficult to walk down stairs (been using elavators when possible) and kneel. I've seen a doctor about it and they told me it isn't broken or fracture but rather just a tendon injury. Would sailing (taking the White Sail I and II) actually worsen it or would it be ok?
