Sail rolling or folding?

Thought I would start the great debate since everyone is probably actively sailing right now. When storing sail at the end of the day is it better to roll or fold and why?
 
This subject has pretty much been beaten to death, with no conclusive answers. I guess it depends on what you want to do.
 
I find it faster to neither fold or roll the sail, I've trieds both and the boat definately goes faster if I have the sail stretched out over the mast and boom:cool:
