Rudder angle fully down

I am hoping someone could post a photo showing the rudder fully down, not sure if mine achieves this.

A photo is ok, but the only way to be sure (and legal) is to check it the same way it's officially measured. There is a good diagram in the class rules posted on the ILCA site

They aren't from my boat (they're from APS).
But you can easily see whether it is in the right place from these photos.
 
that's exactly what I mean by the photos ... To my eye, that blade is not all the way down, yet it may be max on the allowed angle.. It all depends on where the holes are drilled in the plates (both the pivot and the lower pintal) and blade.
 
Do you see the hole is the bottom the of the top pintle?
On the end of the black string there is a ring, the ring goes into that hole which stops the rudder coming off in case the retaining clip breaks.
