Replace mainsheet ratchet block eye (Laser 1)

I want to replace the current mainsheet ratchet block (it hardly work anymore) by something new. I now that the basically use any block here and still be class legel. The things is that the block I want to use does not have a swivel. Therefore my idea was to replace the current eye (that also holds the hiking strap) with a different one that includes a swivel.

Does anybody know if that is class legal?
 
Try the Ronstan 40c (I think that's the right name), it's connected via dyneema loop so it twists between tacks but not all the way around, I use that with Rooster 6mm Polilite. Perfect combo, I love it! (Oh yea the one I have is not a ratchet block, it's easy to hold block to block though and there is a ratcheting version of the same block.)
