Recommend Trolling Electric Motor For 20ft Sailboat

Our 20ft lockley is moored in a windy bay. Any recommendations for electric outboard motors from fellow sailers?

I have a precision 15 sailboat and use a minn Kota riptide 45lbs thrust. The motor is ok under calm conditions. Any real wind or waves and it barely gets the job done.
