RC racers are a blast as long as you have a few friends that have them and you can race them. A few years ago a group of friends and I had RC racers, (not the laser type). One of them had a lake front house and we would go there, pull out the lawn chairs and our mini coolers of beer and we'd race the boats around a little course for hours. If the course needed adjustment we'd just walk out in the water and move the marks around.
