Don't know of any racing clinics, but just in case you're not aware of it, make sure you have a copy of the "Sunfish Bible" for handy boat/racing/rigging tips.

I know of 1 that i highly recommend.. Rick White runs a week long (5 day) clinic in the keys the week after easter.
It's composed of mainly laser sailers with a few sunfish thrown in.. Class size is a max of 25 (+/-)
