Our local No. AZ sailing club (yes, sailing in AZ) has a donated Laser that when capsized turns turtle rather quickly. Any ideas or suggestions on successful mast flotation devices?
perhaps a small section of a pool noodle would give you the buoyancy needed and offer less wind resistance and distraction on top of the mast...good luck..Antolin
Have you checked that the top section does not have water in !!!! I had a top section that took water in. It makes a lot of difference. Our scout club had an RS Feva which when put on the water, with no sails up, capsised on its own. We found that the top section had lots of mud and water in. The cap which makes it sealed had failed.
