You'd have to add a middle bench and of course the locks. The C14.2 doesn't have a skeg so it probably wouldn't track well when rowed. It's really hard to picture. Sounds like a dory would suit your needs more than a C14.2 if you want to row. Most use an electric motor or small outboard on the C14.2 for aux power (so I've read).
