The Notice of Race for the 2013 Laser Masters Midwinters has been published. The 4th annual Charlotte Harbor Regatta is set for Feb.2-Feb. 4, 2013 on Charlotte Harbor, Florida.

The Laser Masters Midwinters will be held in conjuction with the 4th annual Charlotte Harbor Regatta and will feature a Saturday night Pusser's Rum Beach Party and a Sunday dinner at Charlotte Harbor Yacht Club among other social events.

With just over two weeks to go before the 2013 Laser Masters Midwinters East regatta on Charlotte Harbor, Fla., there are 25 competitors registered. Organizers project the fleet to surpass 60 boats. Camping is available at the venue.
