MWE Accomodation Recommendations

Looking for frugal accomodations for 3 guys during MWE. It would be nice to be close to the sailing center and walking distance to a good "watering hole".
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
We could probably afford a nice hotel but we would rather reserve the money for more important suff like a new sail and the "watering hole".

The Charter House. It is about 15 min walk I think. Over the bridge to the sail center. Decent Pub just down the road. Where the party was last year. For the week was about.. $200. Anyways.
