There are several of them for sale on Craigslist for cities in NY, PA, MA, CT, RI maybe even ME. Lots of them have problems with the deck flasnge delaminating from the hull flange, repairable but not always an easy job. Good luck.

The Fulcrum Speedworks (RI based manufacturer of the UFO foiler) is making a new boat called the Rocket. The Rocket is basically a revised Phantom. The underbody is from the same mold, but it sports a revised deck and is made of advanced materials keeping the weight light.

Obviously more than a used boat budget, but an intriguing boat for the price.
