Launching from and Picking up a Mooring

OK, been sailing a while, but this is the first time I've tried to launch from and pick up a mooring solo. Any time I have done this in the past, I had help. I have a roller Furling Jib so that is a bit of a help, but setting the mail sail when I was launching was difficult at best. Trying to pick up the mooring and drop the sails when I returned was less than graceful.

So can anyone make some suggestions? Steps, Tips etc.
PS: I use a Pick up Buoy as my mooring ball. Pennant is attached to the bottom of the chain and hung over the buoy mast.
 
well I got it down...took a bit of practice but dropping (furling) the jib before making the approach helped a ton.
Now all I have to do is pick up the pennant and secure the boat, then drop the main.
