Hello Laser and Laser Radial Masters Racers:
Alamitos Bay Yacht Club (ABYC) in Long Beach CA will be hosting Laser Masters February 15-16 in conjunction with the 85th Annual Southern California Yachting Association (SCYA) Midwinter Regatta, the longest-running regatta in Southern California. Masters are racers 35 years and older. Masters Handicap scoring will be used and rig-swapping (full-rig to Radial & vice versa) will be allowed.
Following this regatta on the next weekend, February 22-23, will be the California Laser Masters Regatta at Mission Bay Yacht Club in San Diego: http://www.mbyc.org/index.php/laser-mbyc-fleets-63/1489-2014-california-laser-masters-regatta-feb-22-23-nor . These back-to-back Masters regattas are sure to provide great racing and camaraderie. So all you 35 and older Laser and Radial racers, we hope to see you at ABYC and MBYC!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to dredging and construction in the yacht basin adjacent to ABYC, the ABYC hoists, docks and dinghy ramp will not be available. Dinghies should launch from the beach west of the ABYC yard at 69th Place.
