Laser Hull Sound

I've recently been moving my laser around and now when I flip the boat it sounds like something has come apart, when I flip it something is moving around inside.

It's a Laser 2, early 80's.

Any idea on what might be moving around? I suspect I should put in an inspection port to see, is it safe to sail with thing moving around?

Depends on what is moving....

Might be trivial.. might mean a main rigging hard point is failed.

It's been years since I sailed a Laser-2 (great boats, BTW).

Do they have internal flotation foam/cubes like the original Laser?

I'm not sure, but I without looking I kind of think from the sounds that is what is loose... I'll have to open it up I guess and throw in an inspection port..
