Laser dolly

i have my laser on a trailer but don't have a dolly for it, I'd like to make something small and neat that will fit in the back of the car in order to move the boat from car park down the slip into the sea
Any sugestions?

I bought one of the folding small boat/ canoe dollies on Amazon; about $40. I attach it to the boat with small ratcheting tie downs over the deck in an X. On rough terrain, the dolly would slip backwards, so I attached eye bolts in the dolly and run a line through the bow eye of the boat to hold it. It's small, quick, and cheap! I carry my boat in the bed of my truck, and slide the boat back til I can attach the dolly. Works really well, I think.
