With the pressure on some clubs (and parents) to keep kids engaged in sailing, racing, and club participation in general maybe simple recreational solutions can provide a bit of energy. Both kiting and winging require very little space and the learning curve is very fast. They offer nice options for cruisers that are looking to enjoy family activities together, while also providing kids with the excitement that need to avoid simply going to electronic gaming. I see this a bit like taking a ski vacation with the family. Mom and dad may hit the greens and blues, while the kids choose the more exciting routes. Take a peek and enjoy the clip.
