Instructions on installing a hiking strap on 1977 Sunfish

I want to install a hiking strap on my 1977 sunfish. I know how to install the forward backing plate, via an inspection port in the forward bulkhead. However, I am not sure how to secure the aft section of the strap. An illustration on how to secure the aft section of the strap would be helpful. Thanks in advance for you help.

Through bolt through lip of cockpit.
