My super Sunfish is going to need a large section of gel coat removed on the bottom and the filled in due to the PO's previous encounter with rocks. Any suggestions?

The picture with the yellow circle is the area where there are significant spider cracks from an impact

You are going to need to make a fiberglass repair for the damage shown in the first photo, then gelcoat over the repaired area. You can brush on tinted gelcoat and then wet sand it after the gelcoat has cured. Ditto for the spider cracks shown in the other photos. Sand those cracked areas to 220 grit before gelcoating.
