How Do I Repair My MiniFish Sail Where The Grommets And White Lining Got Ripped?

I capsized and fell into the sail where 4 grommets and the white lining the sail ripped out. If I can repair it then how shall I do so? Its all original from 1974!

Can be repaired of course, but I strongly suggest getting a new sail (after almost fifty years):

Post a picture would be helpful.

If you do not already have grommet tools, seam tape, grommets etc, it would most likely be cheaper to find a sailmaker to repair it, even if postage was involved. If we see photos we may be able to do it.

Does the sail have any UV damage?

Dacron sail repair tape is very strong, but it won't last through a second capsize like yours. Hopefully, your sail color is white, so only one roll is needed.

Amazon has some at $25. Amazon.com

(So, you're already $25 into a replacement sail).

With a helper, lay it over the grommets (both sides), and trim the surplus tape away from the grommets.

There's more if you have a sewing machine. ;)
