How can I use a tactical compas??

Dear friends,
I bought a plastimo tactical compass but there are no instruccions inside. Can somebody advice me how can be used??.

I assume this is similar to the old Silva 103 compass without degrees? It is set up where an increment of 10 equals 90 degrees. This means when you tack, you only need to add +/- 10 instead of +/- 90. For example, headed up wind the different tacks would be 4/14, not 105/195. I may still have the instructions for my compass. I'll check when I get home in a couple of days.
 
I have the silva tactical 103 compass. And It is the best little thing ive ever bought. There are 2 arrows next to the "compass bubble" and thats how you tell if youre being lifted or not, like it youre on starboard and the number goes up (not sure if it really does) then you are on the lifted tack, down youre on a header! I have seen the plastimo's and they look almost exactally the same!
