The 2009 Worlds will be in the Bahamas?

There were rumors about a European country being in the run for 2009, more so after Vanguard 'disappeared' into LaserPerformance.

It is official now, 2009 World Championships will be held by Nassau Yacht Club, Nassau, Bahamas. Dates should be announced soon. We are also hoping to have the Notice of Race for the 2009 Worlds available at the 2008 World Championships.
