Found this on the Fb page of a Dutch sailor who lives in China, working for a very large sailmaker. Wilfersail.com
The pic was taken a few months ago after opening their new factory.

Having wrestled to re-stitch a sail on a four-foot high workbench, I'm envious of those workers' "cubes"!

Now that I think of it, I was once a "bench-worker". The space next to me was assigned to a longtime Cuban immigrant. I referred to his space as a "Cubacle" :p which he appreciated. :D

Interesting. Btw that is a knockoff sail that is sold on eBay. One way to tell is by the small sail window in a nonstandard location.

Interesting to see how sails are made. I need to get a new one for the Sunfish in Wisconsin...thinking of a red and white one with a window.

Can't tell if it's a knock-off or not. Just an interesting pic. That supports my belief that all those expensive sails are made in one or two (three?) Chinese factories for next to nothing.

Y'know, most flu viruses start in China. :(

'Think I'll give up on "crisp" and stick with my old "soft" sail.
