Filling up the wiki vs asking/answering repetitive questions

Not sure if everyone has noticed, but we have a wiki available here to build up with the common knowledge that we all share. IMHO, the wiki is much better suited to finding answers to the common questions that are asked repeatedly since it has an index/table of contents as opposed to having to use the search feature on the threads.

Does anyone else feel the same way ?

Yup. I've started an article on assessing a used Laser, but have a long way to go. Anyone knowledgeable please feel free to jump in.

You shoudn't have to create an account. You should be able to login with your existing TLF username and password. s.

Cheers,

It is most likely do to the space in your username. Would you like me to take it out or replace it with some other character like an underscore?

PS: Spaces and other non-safe characters are no longer allowed for new users.

Sorry for the trouble,
