thanks for sharing that. it might help to review a couple of the various Sunfish rigging guides. I noticed that your sail is on the wrong side of the mast - you'll have to swing the gooseneck 180 degrees on the lower boom, and you should be good to go.

i'd bet that you're out there in a week - sunfish sailing is just too addicting - Max might need a little coaxing but he'll come around!
 
Don't be afraid to yank that daggerboard up next time it snags on something... I've saved myself a few times by selling out that way, lol!
