Early Laser hull

I recently acquired a Laser sailboat hull that I believe to be a 1975 Point Claire Canada manufacture, based on it's HIN.
(ZFS 24548 0275)
Can anyone tell me if I am reading the number correctly and if this particular hull is race legal, or in any way special due to its time and place of manufacturing?
It is in very good condition and still bears the original "Performance Sailcraft" cockpit sticker.
 
Yes you are reading it right. Sail number 24548, built in February 1975, doesn't sound special in any way. Should be good for racing now and always :) Just see that the vang cleat block is attached to the mast (not the boom), add a mast retainer line, and if you have a swivelling sheet cleat, switch it to a ratchet block.
