Downwind help

I need some videos on downwind sailing, btl properly without death roll. I have found like reading the rules sometimes the way it is explained it is diffcult to understand. I am looking for that video that will flip the switch for a very dim light bulb.

Off topic!
The first upwind leg fight between Tom Slingsby and Pavlos Kontides is just a joy to watch. But, from a tactical standpoint, why did Kontides go off to the right by himself? He could anticipate that Slingsby was going to go with him and he needed seven boats between them to win the gold medal. IMHO his only chance was to go with the fleet and hope for Slingsby to get into trouble somehow.
