Does this mean that ILCA members might actualy be told what is happening in their class now, or will one of the few avenues of information from inside the class association now dissapear with this news?

Congratulations.
I am reassured that Tracy seems more aware than the past leadership that there is a "membership" who have opinions and need information (e.g. from his participation here). Of course not everybody will agree with everything, but without having any facts, rumours and mis-information will spread like wildfire. So I am sure that Tracy will be publishing more information on the issues facing the class.

In fact we seem to have ended up with a rather farcical situation about the recent rule change where the membership was not given any real facts, pushed to vote one way, voted but the result cannot be implemented because the ISAF blocked it (presumably because of things they were aware of). So maybe the vote needs "unwinding" and maybe the class should publish some of the facts the previous leadership decided to keep secret.
