I have been searching for a rainbow, Wildfire, and or quick silver laser for quite some time. I am interested in buying a sail, or the entire boat, off of any of these pictures below. If someone has one, please let me know!

Unfortunately, individual sails come up for sale very rarely. Especially the Wildfire and Quicksilver ones - I have only seen one on the various marketplaces (Ebay, Gumtree, Facebook, CraigsList etc.) in many years. Boats with these sails are almost as rare but do come up very very occasionally.
Boats with Rainbow sails are slightly more common. There is one on Craigslist right now - although not close enough to you, I suspect.
Individual Rainbow sails do come up for sale occasionally. You just have to keep your eye out - and be lucky.
Unfortunately, the last of these original "class legal" coloured sails were made in the late 80s, which means that any boat or sail of that age, or older may be in poor condition - but not necessarily.
Good luck with your search. I hope you are successful - and if you find more than one Wildfire or Quicksilver sail, please let me know, I would be interested too.

One other question, I noticed some of the rainbow hulls have decals on each side, along with the deck decals. I have only ever seen the deck decals in person, however I was wondering if they can standard together, or if they switched based on the production year?
They can definitely be together. As you suggest, I think it depended on production year and manufacturer. I think the deck stickers didn't last so long as racers didn't like them. Where the "across the deck" sticker came behind the mast (where you would sit in very light winds) it made the deck quite slippery, so these were stopped.

see....now you have to go do that with the laser2 pics. i already have 3 sets of sails for this thing. those are super cool!! but holy clashing with the spinnaker!!
