These were never very popular, and aren’t probably produced anymore, but they seem to be still available at the Boat Locker (Laser Harken Clew Sleeve) and West Marine in the US, as well as several other places worldwide.

I like themI am looking for a metal sleeve with clew hook that slides on the boom. I believe these are no longer in production and perhaps not class legal.
