Chrysler Mutineer help

Anyone out there with expertise on, or parts for, the Chrysler Mutineer 15? It has nice looking lines. My brother just acquired one which is missing a few key bits, such as having the wrong rudder. The roller jib is rotted in place - the main's OK.

He is in southern Colo far from any sailing types.

Any help would be appreciated.

I googled and found Nichols boat works makes em now. Neil Pryde makes the sails
or google and look for parts sails.
