I'm asking experienced dighy sailors to help me me figure out
what kind of boat I have... I got it as a "free" boat, but it's
only the hull (I'm into it for about $70 for fuel, ferry passage
and stitches in the E.R. when my lockblade pocket knife closed
on my hand due to a failure of the blade lock... I was trying
to cut out the rubber plugs in the transom). I'm wondering what
type of boat it is. I intend to get rigging for it, and if I
can find out what boat it is, I'll try to stay with the correct
rigging for the class. The LOA is 14'3", the beam is 5'10" and it
was made by Clark boats of Kent, WA.
Here a picture of the boat:
Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Feel free
to forward this message, or to post it to online boating forums
if you think it would be useful.
Thanks,
