Class Politics Bylaws?

Where are the bylaws on the class website, and why does a site search on the word "bylaws" turn up nothing?

Click on ILCA, which will get you to the International website. There you will find the "Rules."

Thanks. Do the webmasters of the laser.org site read this forum, or should I report this omission elsewhere?
