Aussie fiberglass foils – should we use them for the 2009 masters worlds?

I bought a set of the new Aussie style fiberglass blades last year – they look great, should last a lot longer and also look like they should be stiffer. I only used them for one day of sailing last year as I didn’t want to be seen to trying to get an advantage. I now see more boats with these blades and everyone assures me they are legal. So my questions are

1/ Are they legal

2/ Will everyone be using them in the 2009 masters worlds (and other major North American events in 2009)

I don’t mind either way but want to use the same equipment as everyone else
 
where can you buy these if you're in england, did you pay a huge transport fee? I've heard good things about the aussie foils.
