Anthony Parker’s Bangor Packet dominated the 12-boat J/24 fleet at this weekend’s Annapolis NOOD. Tallying scores of 1,2,1,1,1,3,1,1, the team totaled just 11 points in the eight races. Peter Rich trailed in second place with 33 points, and Mike Marshall finished third with 34. Eight races were completed in all, with Friday as the nicest day of breeze around 15 knots. For Saturday and Sunday, the winds began around 10-12, but decreased and became shifty with choppy seas.
