Air Pressure

Is it possible/safe to use very low pressure air to leak test a laser hull by pressurizing the hull void... this would enable using the ol soap bubble test on the outside seams. It seems this would be a lot easier than drilling access plates all over and hunting for water inside the hull.

Use a blow dryer against the transom drain plug.

In a pinch, lung power works fine, you just look a little strange clamped to the transom (when using lung power, you can tape over the air hole underneath the hiking strap to make it a little easier)

Exhaust from a shop vac works, but you need to allow some air to escape from the drain plug hole by not sealing the hose against the drain hole.

Compressed air is the most risky, keep it very low psi and again make sure it's not sealed against the drain hole and that the air hole under the hiking strap is open
