Adjustment of new rudder

I have a new white frp rudder.
I'm using an original wood tiller and the hardware for attachment of tiller to rudder head. Everything works fine except the rudder when down does not go straight down as it should but rather at an angle.
What should I do to adjust at the rudder head to allow the more vertical up and down position of the blade of the rudder?

All Sunfish rudders, frp or wood, are at the same angle, which is quite swept back from vertical. I think it's swept back at least 30 degrees. I think the angle is in the rule book, available at sunfish class.org
