adjustable Halyard mounting device?

Is there anything like a adjustable halyard mounting device, like half of a gooseneck, so that one could change where the halyard mounts on the upper spar? why, because the sunfish at my club runs the halyard mounted low on the spar so the boom sits like 3 feet off the deck so learners can see under the sail. I want to mount mine normal on my sunfish but my wife who is still a novice freaked out when I reset the clubs boat to about 1.5 feet off the deck, and I meant really freaked out, so some adjustable system would be great if it existed.

If you learn how to tie a clove hitch, or a rolling hitch, you can change the halyard position in about 30 seconds, maybe less, with no new parts required.

Make her learn, Cavi! ;) Just kidding. Our club boats are set low, too, but I have the advantage of being 5 foot 2! We had a 6+ guy in our group, but he managed ducking under the boom pretty well. He did lose his hat, tho.
