I've read many of the posts and links with instructions on how to install access ports in the deck of a sunfish. For those who intend to do this with a jig saw, I discovered a blade which works wonders. This morning I went to Lowe's and purchased a Bosch T130RF1 T-Shank Jigsaw Blade for my Bosch Jigsaw. This blade is made for cutting ceramics and fiberglass. Not exactly cheap at $6.97 for one blade, but I cut one 4 inch and one 6 inch port hole like butter. Very smooth cut. Something to consider next time. Good luck with your port installation!
