Anyone got any tips, hints etc. about doing your penalty turns in wind above 20mph?

if you can't control your boat enough to make a quick gybe when letting your main out, you might be better off keeping it in..You won't lose as much on your gybes this way

otherwise your circles get very large.. and scary..

make sure you're in control of the boat, and don't go into a tack with no speed or you'll stop dead.

Remember it's two tacks and two gybes, so you will finish on the opposite tack you started on.

tack, then gybe and your back where you started, then do it again..you're still on the same tack
