55 or 70mm??

So, its time for a new mainsheet block!! Im going to get rid of my old frederiksen, which I have loved dearly, but the orbit just sounds amazing! Im assuming that the 55mm will do, but there is also a 70mm, any oppinion on which is better?

the 55

just be careful, the spectra loops wear out pretty quick, attach it via a small shackle
